Attachment a.k.a Praktikal..

...Salam semua...

JOM PI MAHKAMAH..!!!

....huhu...gerun kan?....

Hari-hari aku keluar masuk mahkamah, 

tengok :

hakim yg garang, 

peguam yg cantik & segak belaka, 

banduan yg nampak bukan macam banduan, 

orang ramai yg bermacam-macam perasaan, 

ada yg gembira, ada yg menangis 

& ada juga yg hanya diam seribu bahasa, 

mungkin terkilan tengok keadaan mahkamah...huhu

Praktikal di mahkamah majistret hanya fokus dengan kes dadah, 

mengaku salah habis lah sudah kes tu, 

kalau tidak mengaku, trial is waiting for you...huhu

Not so many cases la in magistrate court, 

but what i've learnt during attachment were procedures....

criminal procedures and civil procedures...

both i haven't study theoretically..huhu...

all praises to Allah, due to staff's assistance to explain each thing, 

i could catch them up...alhamdulillah...

then, i was transferred to sessions court...

owh, rape cases....sexual offences etc....

i don't really like these cases,.. 

coz they involved humanity 

and sometimes the proceedings could drive me crazy...

but, it also deals with the same thing in magistrate court, PROCEDURES..

...ohhhhh...staff!!! help me.....

Now, for the remaining weeks, i'm doing my attachment in high court....

Seriously, aku sangat gerun tengok judges yg garang....

peguam pun dia suruh balik!!...

dia ckp "wasting my time!!"..hoho...

Alhamdulillah juga dapat jumpa judge yg garang tu, 

the honourable justice Chief judge of Sabah & Sarawak..

..Special and historical date, i guess...

byk plak kena tanya,..

mcm interview lawyers yg apply for the admission...

..hehe..

I enjoy all attachments,.. 

even the starting quite.. "BOSAN"...

...huhu....

Am waiting for the last day...22nd of July...it means, next week!!!...

....yeah....
